We never use your enterprise prompts or proprietary data to train models for other customers without explicit written consent.
5. Data security & retention
We implement industry‑leading safeguards, including AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, granular access controls, and regular third‑party audits. Retention periods vary:
- Account information: Retained until you request deletion or your enterprise contract ends.
- Model inference logs: Up to 90 days for debugging, unless extended under DPA.
- Aggregated analytics: Retained indefinitely for research (fully de‑identified).
Future Guru enforces strict data separation per tenant. Your data never intermingles without explicit permissions.
6. Your privacy rights
Depending on your location (EEA, UK, California, etc.), you may have the following rights:
- Access: Request a copy of your personal data.
- Rectification: Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Erasure: Request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention obligations.
- Restriction & portability: Limit processing or receive a machine‑readable copy.
- Opt‑out: Decline marketing communications and certain sharing (for CA residents, Do Not Sell My Info).

7. International data transfers

Our services are strictly for enterprise and business use, not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we become aware of such data, we will delete it immediately.
9. Changes to this policy
